The issue has been identified and fixed. While performing maintenance, some of our API server traffic was internally mis-routed which caused "not found" errors for the admin site. The traffic routing has been corrected and the admin site is no longer experiencing issues.

We are seeing a small spike in error rates on the admin site. We're looking into the issue now.
